Free in-store consultations
If you are looking to refresh your home, then visit our one of our 4 design centres for a completely free consultation. Simply bring along room photographs and floor dimensions. If you have any magazine or digital inspirational examples on your phone or tablet then we'd love to see these too. We'll then create a look with coordinated colours, textures furniture and furnishings. We will assist you in bringing the room of your dreams to life.
We're here to assist you with everything including curtains, pelmets, blinds, wallpaper, fabric and lighting.
One of our qualified designers will be delighted chat to you in-store about any project you are considering, big or small.
In each of our interior design centres there are literally thousands of fabric, wallpaper and colour samples for you to browse
Floor plans and inspirational images of styles you like are helpful but not essential for the in-store process to begin

In-home consultations
For larger projects or when you aren't so sure of the direction you'd like to take, we recommend an in-home consultation. At a time that suits you best, our interior design experts will provide dedicated and specialist advice to turn your vision into a reality. Simply make an appointment and we'll visit your home for an initial consultation and briefing. We'll explain the whole process and give you all the help you need to create a beautiful and stylish home.
The fee for in-home consultations is dependent on the size of your project and will be agreed with you before any design work begins. If you decide to go-ahead, 100% of your fee will be refunded against the cost of your whole project.

In-home consultation - the process
Step 1: Having a chat
One of our experts will visit you at home to get an understanding of your vision and discuss requirements; style, colour, budget and measurements. With our variety of swatches and samples we have everything at hand to get your project off the ground.
Step 2: Making plans
We will then arrange an appointment in-store to present for us to present our ideas for your project. We will ensure that you are completely happy with the scheme and are aware of all the options open to you.
Step 3: Everything else
Your designer will organise and coordinate your entire project and ensure smooth delivery and installation at minimal inconvenience to you. They'll also be available every step of the way to answer any of your questions and make sure you're completely satisfied.
