Enter your code at the basket exactly as it appears. When you're in your basket, look for "Promo Code" under "Subtotal". Click on the arrow to unfold it, enter your code and apply.

Yes, we never store your full card details, only a token that we use for future purchases and enough information to display on the website so that you know which card it is, i.e. the last 4 digits of the card number.

We accept Visa, Mastercard both online and in-store. You can also pay with your American Express card online but not in our stores at the moment.

You have the options to use Google Pay, Apple Pay, card payments, and apply for interest-free credit.

Gift cards are available to be purchased and redeemed only in our stores at the moment.

At the checkout, choose the option "Apply for interest-free credit". Use our calculator to decide how much you'd like to borrow over what period. Please note that the minimum deposit is 10%. There is a threshold of £350 to be eligible to apply for interest-free credit. Unfortunately, your basket amount needs to be over that minimum amount in order for you to have the option to apply for interest-free credit. Find out more about our interest-free credit here.
