We are delighted to announce that as a furniture and homewares retailer our stores have now reopened. In addition, we are offering virtual appointments from the comfort of your home and our website is here for you 24 hours a day. We can’t wait to see our customers again and look forward to showing you our exciting new Spring ranges.

If you have an outstanding order with us, or you are expecting a delivery from us soon, our warehouse and delivery teams will be operating as normal, abiding by our covid-safe measures at all times.

Are stores open?

In line with the Scottish Government advice, our stores have now reopened. 

 

How do I now contact Sterling? 

You can now contact any store by phone or email. Please see our stores page for more information. 

 

I have an outstanding order, does anything now change?

No, our warehouse and distribution teams are working as normal. As soon as your furniture arrives in our depot we will be in touch to arrange delivery. 

 

Can I buy online?

Yes! We continue to be open for business online as normal and we have a large number of smaller items that can be delivered in 7 days by courier! If you have any questions for the online team please email onlineteam@sterlingfurniture.co.uk and they will be delighted to help you. We are also offering virtual or phone appointments which can be requested via the link on our homepage. 

 

I’m concerned that I might not be able to keep up my finance payments, is there anything you can do?

We appreciate that this is a difficult time for many and that you may be facing uncertainty about your finances. If you’ve already taken delivery of your furniture please speak directly with your finance provider who will be able to advise of any options available. You will find all the contact details on your credit agreement.
