Changes in how you can contact us
We ask for your understanding that as this difficult time with our stores and offices closed, it's temporarily not possible for us to continue with the same level of customer service that we pride ourselves upon. For this reason, if you have any urgent questions we ask that you email
and we will reply as soon as possible. With all staff at home, we are unfortunately not able to answer customer phone calls.
We thank you immensely for your understanding and we really hope that we will be welcoming you back to a Sterling store sooner rather than later.

Our Stores – all temporarily closed
In these trying times, we must all play our part to minimise the spread of Coronavirus and so it is with a heavy heart that we have decided to temporarily close all Sterling Furniture stores from Monday 23rd March.
We do this to in order to minimise risk to our customers and employees and we thank you for your understanding at the difficult time.
Whilst we are living in uncertain times right now, we are reassured and bolstered by our loyal customers and fantastic colleagues who make Sterling a place like home.
Please be assured that we are constantly tuned into and are following the guidance and best practices issued by the NHS and UK Government.
Our Website - buy online from the comfort of your home.
We are working hard to ensure that all of your favourite products are available to buy on our website throughout this time. As well as the option to pay in full, we also offer options of applying for Interest Free Credit (which terms and conditions apply to) and paying a deposit with the balance payable just before delivery.
While our online sales advisors will not be available to take calls for the time being, if you would like any advice or help regarding a new sale please do email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll do our best to help you.
Our Deliveries – 2 man furniture deliveries temporarily suspended
To ensure the safety of our delivery crews and our customers, we have suspended all furniture deliveries temporarily and will reschedule these when we are advised that it's safe to do so.
If you have an outstanding furniture delivery due, our team will be in touch with you to reschedule as soon as we're able to do so and if you have any specific enquiries relating to a delivery please don’t hesitate to contact us via email@example.com
Our Deliveries – small items and accessories can still be delivered
Smaller products will still be delivered by courier for the time being, but this will be monitored and updated as information from the Government changes. Please note that our courier partners have advised us that delivery times may be a little longer than usual for the time being.
