Our Stores – now open
We’re delighted to announce that as a homewares retailer, we are able to reopen our stores on Monday 15th June. Please be assured that we’ve put safety first and that full risk assessments at each store have allowed us to make your shopping experience as safe as possible by implementing a number of new measures that closely follow the government’s COVID-19 Secure guidelines. Our Deliveries – 2 man furniture deliveries have restarted.
Are stores open?
Yes, as a homewares retailer, we have now opened all stores apart from our Dundee & Falkirk stores. These two stores will open in due course and we’ll update our website when they do. You can check our opening times for all stores here.
Have you put any in-store Covid-19 safety measures in place?

Do I need to make an appointment to visit a store?
No, you can simply turn up as normal. However, if you would like to, you can fill in an online appointment form and request a date and time of day to be met by one of our sales advisors. You can request an appointment here.
Are all departments open?
Apart from interior design and bathrooms, all departments are open. These two departments will open soon and we’ll update our website when that happens.
Have you started delivering furniture?
Yes, now that we have new safety measures and processes in place for our delivery teams, we have restarted deliveries. You can find out more about our new safety measures here. We are now in the process of contacting all customers who have orders waiting in our warehouse. Please bear with us but be assured we will be on contact very soon.
I have an outstanding order, will there be a delay?
It’s likely that because of Covid-19 lockdown here and around the globe that there may be a delay to your delivery estimate. Now that we have reopened our offices and have started the process of contacting our suppliers we will update you on your order as soon as we can.
Can I buy online?
Yes! We continue to be open for business online as normal and we have a large number of smaller items that can be delivered in 7 days by courier! If you any questions for the online team please email email@example.com and they will be delighted to help you.
I’m concerned that I might not be able to keep up my finance payments, is there anything you can do?
We appreciate that this is a difficult time for many and that you may be facing uncertainty about your finances. If you’ve already taken delivery of your furniture please speak directly with your finance provider who will be able to advise of any options available. You will find all the contact details on your credit agreement.
