Please be assured that we’ve put safety first and that full risk assessments at each store have allowed us to make your shopping experience as safe as possible. We've mplementing a number of new measures that closely follow the government’s COVID-19 Secure guidelines. You can find out more about our in-store safe measures here.

In line with Scottish government advice as as a homewares retailer, we have been classifed as 'essential retail'. This allows our stores to remain open in all tiers of restrictions, including level 4. 

Furniture DeliveryOur Deliveries – 2 man furniture deliveries have restarted.

 Now that we have new safety measures and processes in place for our delivery teams, we are able to carry out all normal delivery services.

Are stores open?

In line with Scottish government advice as as a homewares retailer, we have been classifed as 'essential retail'. This allows our stores to remain open in all tiers of restrictions, including level 4. You can check our opening times for all stores here.

 

Are cafes open? 

All our cafes are open, apart from those in areas under tier 4 restrictions. We have put a number of practices in place to ensure that your visit to our cafes is as safe as possible.  Until further notice our Butterfly Restaurant at Tillicoultry is closed but the Mill Cafe is open as normal. 

 

Have you put any in-store Covid-19 safety measures in place?

Do I need to make an appointment to visit a store?

No, you can simply turn up as normal. However, if you would like to, you can fill in an online appointment form and request a date and time of day to be met by one of our sales advisors. You can request an appointment here.  

 

I have an outstanding order, will there be a delay?  

It’s likely that because of Covid-19 lockdown here and around the globe that there may be a delay to your delivery estimate. If this is the case, you will be contacted by our customer service teams. 

 

Can I buy online?

Yes! We continue to be open for business online as normal and we have a large number of smaller items that can be delivered in 7 days by courier! If you any questions for the online team please email onlineteam@sterlingfurniture.co.uk and they will be delighted to help you.

 

I’m concerned that I might not be able to keep up my finance payments, is there anything you can do?

We appreciate that this is a difficult time for many and that you may be facing uncertainty about your finances. If you’ve already taken delivery of your furniture please speak directly with your finance provider who will be able to advise of any options available. You will find all the contact details on your credit agreement.
