This Skovby SM73 dining table has a patented extension system which Skovby has used in several tables throughout the years. The design of this Skovby SM73 dining table is in a pure elliptical shape with a foot plate in brushed steel, which gives the table a simple and tight expression that never becomes unfashionable. The synchronous pull-out system is extremely simple. Slightly pull one end of the table, and both halves of the table top slide away from each other simultaneously and the hidden leaf appears. The extension leaf is stored in the base and with a simple push the extension leaf will lift up to unfold, allowing the table to seat up to ten people. This dining table will seat up to six people when closed.
