We’re aware that many websites are not always the easiest or straightforward to use and so we’ve tried to make our website as user friendly and as possible. On every page of our website you can easily navigate back to the homepage by clicking our logo on the top left-hand side of the screen.
The top navigation bar is constantly displayed throughout our site and allows you to quickly access our main ‘departments’ with a single click. By hovering your cursor over the main departments you will be presented with a drop down menu that offers you direct access into more specific categories within each ‘department’.
The search box is located on every page above the top navigation bar in the middle of the screen. You can use this search box to enter wide search terms such as the product type (eg. Sofas) which will return a large number of products. For more specific searches you can enter a brand or even a product name.
The number of items in your basket and the cost for these items is always visible on the top right-hand corner of your screen. To see the contents of your basket please click the ‘YOUR BASKET’ icon. This will display a miniature overview of your basket. From here you can click to either checkout or view a more detailed overview of your basket contents.
At the bottom of every page you are able to view and click on a number of icons and text links to various helpful locations on our site. We hope this provides you with clear and easy access to the information that you require in order to continue on your browsing or shopping visit.

Placing your order and checking out
Every product we sell has is own product detail page that offers a full description along with any key features and all pricing information. If your selected item has colour, size or other options, you will be able to choose your preference in a drop-down menu below the main description. You will also be able to choose the required quantity of each product at this stage.
Clicking the ‘ADD TO BASKET’ icon is the next step which will add your choice to your basket. Once you’ve selected the all the items you wish to purchase please click the ‘YOUR BASKET’ button. This will present you with a choice to view your basket in more detail or proceed straight to checkout. Before proceeding through checkout you will be prompted to sign in, register or enter your password depending on if this is your first time shopping with us.
We have worked to keep the registering and sign-in process as simple as possible but we do take your online security and privacy seriously and so we are careful to ask for account holder information at key stages in your buying process.
